In Honor of Dr. H-N’s Vision for Female Law Enforcement
The Vision and Mission
The Female Law Enforcement Network (FLEN) is a tribute to the foresight and dedication of Dr. Frederica Hendricks-Noble (Dr. H-N), a visionary who recognized the unique challenges faced by women in law enforcement. Dr. H-N, alongside Dr. Falisa Asberry, witnessed firsthand the obstacles and triumphs of women navigating this demanding field. Motivated to create lasting change, Dr. H-N envisioned FLEN as a supportive platform where female officers could find solidarity, mentorship, and advocacy.
Sadly, Dr. H-N’s life was cut short at the onset of FLEN’s development. Her passing marked a profound loss, yet her vision and spirit continue to guide us. As we carry forward her legacy within Peacock Training & Consulting Group’s humanitarian initiatives, FLEN remains a beacon of empowerment and support for women in law enforcement. Dr. H-N’s commitment to equality and her belief in the potential of every female officer inspires us to ensure that FLEN thrives, fulfilling her vision of a community where women in law enforcement feel respected, empowered, and supported throughout their careers.
In Dr. H-N's honor, the basic membership fee to join FLEN will always remain at $15.00 per person, symbolizing her enduring influence on our mission.
Our commitment to equality and belief in the potential of every female officer, inspired by Dr. H-N, drives us to ensure that FLEN thrives, fulfilling her vision of a community where women in law enforcement feel respected, empowered, and supported throughout their careers.
